Return Policy
Return is only possible for the ready-made items in their original condition, with tags still attached and no signs of wear or damage. To request a return, please contact us at tela.araneae@gmail.com for detailed return instructions. Return items must be shipped back no later than 14 calendar days after you first received them.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. If approved, your refund confirmation will be sent within 2-5 working days of processing the return. If the item does not meet the return criteria, no refund will be issued. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
